Superficially useful, but even on a simple journey from Ebbsfleet to St Pancras, a 17 minute journey, it can create a two hour tour of south London. If there are problems the website is more up to date Needs work

Absolutely worthless app. Trying to take a train. Can’t tell which platform, which part of train to be in. Which coach at which stop. Are seats reserved? Are there power outlets?

Touch screen response is awful plus doesn’t give you the option to download your ticket on to your device.
