Can’t sleep without it!

I love this app and brown noise is my go-to! I literally can’t fall asleep without it! I’ve also used it while traveling (planes & trains) and it blocks out a lot of background noise, letting me relax a bit more than otherwise - kinda like noise-canceling headphones, I suspect. Anyway - thank you for making this app - it has really helped me out!

I didn’t have the glitch issue that other users mentioned, the brown noise seems to work fine for me. I go to sleep with it every night now. This is a great app that is really simple and easy to use. It’s been perfect for drowning out street noise now that I have my windows open again!

It works well maybe 70% of the time but there are instances where the volume will jump up and back down, which will wake you if you are using this as a sleep aid. There needs to be a guide on volume settings so this isn’t a continuous issue

Brown noise!

This is my go-to app to use whenever I don’t have the sound machine I use at home. The brown noise is perfect for canceling out low frequencies, like people driving or starting their cars. Other apps use recordings of noise that wake me up every time the loop is restarted, but Soundly Sleeping generates the noise based on an algorithm, so there are no disruptions to my sleep. The noise quality, along with a beautifully simple interface, makes Soundly Sleeping deserving of five stars!

Needs a timer

Finding brown noise apps is difficult, and in this regard the app works well. But I don’t want it to blow through my battery by going all night, though. If you’re going to have an app that makes it easier to fall asleep, there should be a sleep timer.

Great for drowning out external noise when sleeping, only wish there was a timer function so I wouldn’t need to have it always charging when I want to take a nap.

There are many sound machine apps, often cluttered with multiple menus and sounds I don't want. This one is simple and offers exactly what I need. Plus, it's free and there are no time limits. 10/10, great job.

With 3 babies under 2, this app is the best app I have found that just does the trick for all of them. Thank you for some peace and quietness in my house, I can actually rest as well. The brown noice is all their favorite, and mine too ?

Simple and perfect

I just like “brown noise” while I sleep. This just offers brown, pink or white noise which is perfect for me, bc I don’t have to sift thru all the other sounds I’ll never use. No subscriptions.. it’s perfect for those who just need that simple “white noise” background to fall asleep and muffle our other noises
