not working and the FAQs arent much help

I am a paid soundhound user. bought and have been using the app for awhile till the latest update. using the orange button to listen for music no longer works., as it used to. I dont think its anything im doing wrong. It attempts to listen to songs, and cant recognize them, even when Ive got my Iphone right up to ths speaker. dissapointed. probably gonna drop the app pretty soon, dont buy this until it gets resolved. use the free version.

This app is great! SoundHound is my #1 app choice for music identification, and I will always prefer it over other music ID apps. Only thing I would fix is the humming and singing feature. It rarely works, although it still tries to pull up suggestions. I would either fix it to make it work or remove it entirely... other than that, two thumbs way way up! Thanks SoundHound! You make my life much more convenient!

I paid for the full version years ago when the app actually recognized songs. I have straight up played songs from popular artists that it doesn't recognize. Albums came out in 2014 and 2015 and went minimum platinum. Sad day when my favorite app hasn't worked for a few years. I even sent emails to SoundHound that they never responded to. If you want this app to recognize music, get Shazam. This app no longer works.

All I want is to search the title and/or artist when I hear or think of a song. Works ok for that but the constant updates are annoying. How many tries is it going to take before you STOP tinkering with it.

The app is still great but this update is not good at all. If your trying to make this hands free then the user should not have to go into the app to find the song. If the app is closed & you say into your phone "Ok Hound What's This Song Playing" the app should open up on its own. If you have to go into the app that's not hands free at all & that's not good when you're driving. I usually hear a song that I want to identify while I'm driving & this hands free feature would really work great minus the app having to be open. Please make this really Hands Free.
