Best App Ever!

Five star Yeet

I Want Another Update! Because When I Try To Watch an ad, It Crashes. Also, Thank You For The Classic. Mwah!

Buggy and unready for Primetime

AppHoarderExtraordinaire

Watched a stupid ad video to open another slot. Opened it. Began to use it. App crashes. Open slot now gone. Watched another stupid ad video. When done, app says, "sorry the video failed to load." Even though I just watched it. Needs major changes asap.

Disappointed

It charged me $2 without me even pressing the button to do so, but even after it charged me i did not get anything in the game.... incredibly frustrating

Beautiful & fun with no way to delete?!

Beautiful app. I’m a music producer so I wouldn’t use this for anything other than fun but it’s adorable. It uses a quantization grid and lets you make a standard 4/4 beat using the most adorable icons. If app developers want to make this functional... add a way to delete your songs, and a way to export a loop to wav ;)

Fantastic

This app takes some concepts from older visual sequencers like iSequence or PixiTracker and takes it to a whole new level, as well as becoming the best kids music app overnight. The sound environments concept is also great (and people are going to be demanding add-ons soon). My only suggestions would be support for song uploads and sharing - you could really build a user community the way other apps like Figure have done. Song export would also be good - those save slots fill up fast! Then maybe some kind of editor for duplicating patterns would help with sequencing longer songs. The list could go on (MIDI/Audiobus?) but this is after all a kids app and already does it’s job very well. While there are plenty of sequencing apps out there for grown-ups (notably Auxy), my guess is that a lot of adults will have a lot of fun playing with this one too!

Stuck in tutorial

Salll

Nice app but can’t get rid of tutorial overlay. Hard to enjoy with instructions constantly popping up.

Amazing but..

ZoeyStorme

I don’t like that you can’t undo..it makes it very frustrating when you are trying to make music and also you a limited amount of space..I hope you fix it!

Amazing!

Ahahaha, this is such a novel and fun idea. I love it. I make music professionally but I am a kid at heart and the combination of real sounds with this kind of playfulness is genius! Kudos to the creators!

Fun for about 5 minutes

It’s a nice take on the famed Mario Paint sequencer but it has a far too limited scale, too few bars and too many atonal sounds to really compare much. While I rarely complain about price (the App Store’s race to the bottom bothers me as I’d rather pay up front than mess with freemium), the $2 doesn’t really add much. You get more sounds, nothing too compelling. It only took me about 5 to find all the limitations. Good idea but it’s more akin to something you’d play with on a google doodle than application.

Beautiful design, lacking performance

I wanted to enjoy this app, it looks like it would be great for tapping out quick song ideas or making cool soundscapes. Unfortunately, even at full volume, all I hear is static. There is no tutorial for how to fix that issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping I could fix the issue that way, but nothing happened. I’m hoping that there will be a fix for that issue in the future, as every other app with sound works.
