I am a kindergarten teacher and use this app with my kids and they love it! It uses both kid friendly images and had the audio sounds so that the kids can get help if they don't know what the image represents. It's easy to navigate for the kids and fun for them, they love doing it over and over again! Plus, as a teacher, you can set ten kids names up for each iPad, so if you had two iPads, you can set up a whole class which is a great teaching tool! I'm happy to give it five stars!
My 3 year old loves both this app and the original Sound Sorts. The fun pictures and the helpful voice assistance keep him busy, entertained, and learning for much longer than you might expect. Definitely worth the 1.99!
As a Kindergarten teacher I appreciate the kid-friendly pictures, the voice cues and the self-checking feature. I use this with small groups and one on one with students who need more practice hearing the blends. It is engaging and a great tool in the classroom. I would definitely recommend it!
The sound on this app does not work. This app is pretty much useless without sound. The support web site no longer exists. I guess I am out the $1.99!!!
