Great Game, Leveling Slows

I REALLY enjoyed the game until about level 24. Now, leveling is REALLY slow. Please make it possible to get more experience for the higher level characters.
The recommended strength is always wrong
Always Offence
I have a team with about 26,000 strength and it has 1 defender, 1 attacker, 1 support, and 1 ranged, and I always lose when the recommended strength is only 16,000 or 18,000. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Please help me
