It's name has prank in it. I did hear the scream but for the dog the magic piano or what ever kept coming up. Also the only way to stop a sound is if u click on a new sound or delete the app. So it's a prank. Nothing else to say.

It is awesome I never could love it more I would not live without it love it (awesome city totally the boom) I have great times so BAM WHAT! Tell me do not be a fan I have posters all over my room so a fan I love it so much I will have this app till I die which is sadly not long goodby earth.

You can't use the functions of this app without viewing multiple ads first. It defeats the purpose of having a one click emergency help button. In order to use the emergency buttons without ads, it prompts a $3.99 purchase. In an emergency situation, you wouldn't want to be fumbling with an iPhone purchase to dial help.
