Both devices are connected to the same WiFi but the remote never connects. Garbage app!

I got the remote and had it connected to the TV and it worked fine. Then I upgraded to remove the ads and it stopped working. Waste of $5.99 and I want my money back.

Doesn’t work at all. I tried reloading and connecting to my tv several times. It never worked, not once.

Connection worked for 2 minutes then so many ads popped up back to back it was impossible to properly resolve the issue.

I hit rewind to catch a sentence that I missed and an ad popped up. Couldn’t press play or pause in the meantime. Then tried to fast forward to where I was, guess what? Another ad. So annoying.
