Was working fine until...

The app was working fine. Today I was unable to logon, even after successfully changing password. I need to print out reports for my Dr. but can’t without being able to logon. I could not find a way to contact the company for help.

I can’t get this to take my birthday or go past register. Only lets you submit your password once so there is no verification
Landscape support for iPad

Would like to see landscape support for iPads. Other than that looks good so far.

The EKGraph is a flexible, easy to use and ergonometricly well designed instrument. SonoHealth is a nice data logger, storage unit for it. Later needs landscape mode feature, ability to append notes to traces displayed, printed or emailed. Customer support is prompt, helpful, and conscientious.
Excellent device but software is not

Spartan software. Lacking Apple Health integration, no notes ability, advertises multiple ways to measure your cardio but no instructions to be able to do so nor distinguish measurements type. I’ll keep using it in the hopes SonoHealth gets their act together. I know they’re a small company but I’m rooting for them since they’re the only competitors to that Kardia company.
