The only call mode I can select is "call back" which means I have to pay twice the actual rate! Why can't I just use VOIP method to make a call? The app is great but because of the call mode I don't this this is useful. Please implement VOIP.

This is the best call service I have ever used. The cost is very cheap, but the call quality is best available-- much better than Skype! It works seamlessly, and has excellent support. I strongly recommend Sonetel to everyone, everywhere.

The app does not show my virtual number, I used free trial and of course I did not try to memorize the selected number at that time I tried to log out, but the app is buggy and in account mage if shows sign in button instead of sign out
Great service, bad bad app

While Sonetel is a great service that we use now for several years with multiple numbers, this app doesn’t even deserve one star and I think that complete overhaul is urgently needed.

Stay away from this people, the worst service, and they block the service and them ask you to mail them copy of your credit card, bank statements and utility bill to prove that your not como ting fraud, don’t even think of mailing them your info. Please review internet before been ripoff

Not only requested my American passport and local bills, which I provided, but that wasn’t enough to provide service. I am with my husband in Ukrsine now in the zone of military conflict with Russia, so I decided to purchase a phone number so my family and friends could call us. But NO, that did not fulfill “their regulations” and the also wanted to charge $2.00 for a refund of $2.49. And this is on the same day of purchase when one can jus void a transaction. Worst ever!
