App doesnt work even after subscribing

I tried the app, it worked when i downloaded, even tried asking question to a professional but the next time when i opened the app, it never moved passed the subscription page although I was already subscribed. I deleted the app and downloaded again but it didnt work so i finally deleted the app for good and cancelled my subscription
