Not very useful

Sssssupergrover

Doesn't keep track of workout history. Just keeps setup information from last workout. I don't really understand the point of this app.

just what I needed to get organized!

I have always loved my Soloflex. My only problems have been remembering which exercises need which pin settings etc, especially for exercises I don't use all the time. I've scribbled down my settings tons of times but then can't find them for my next workout. I think using the app to plan out workouts is going to be helpful too so I can repeat the same routines. something else I never remember! Yeah, so far so good. Maybe I can get on a regular workout schedule again. one less excuse anyway!!!

It helps with the basics

It does okay but doesn't keep track of my progress

Good!

I find this Soloflex app very helpful. It actually keeps me organized and motivated. I find myself more on track with this app. Although, when designing a new workout, check the weights and settings of the exercises - they don't seem to carry over. I had to plug in all of my current settings again. But, overall...good!

Crashes

Happy today!

Crashes and will not run after creating a custom program, recording a workout, and then editing program changing sort order of exercises. Hard restart of iPhone does not resolve. Hoping re-install will work.

Crashes.

Gripper Do!

Crashes-please update!

Crashing

Soloflex User

The APP was great for a few days then after I put some of my own routines in it I tried to open it and it just closes as soon as I open it. Does anyone know why this happens, has it happened to anyone else ?

Crash workaround

The Popper

I found a workaround to the crash that’s accurately reported here. Simply, do not name your custom program. Not a single character. You can create individual workouts within your unnamed program and even name those - just don’t name the custom program. Then, scroll below the “Advanced Level Workout” program to the blank area and you’ll see your named Workouts to the right. Select any one, change the settings at will, and off you go! This should be considered a workaround.

very cool

apple says this app needs to be updated or may not work with future versions of ios! love this app! sure beats keeping track of everything on paper. would give 5 stars if data was stored in icloud, so i can share my data between iphone and ipad. anyway, well worth the 2 bucks! good job!
