Annoying ads when starting new game

One of the recents updates added two extra screens before starting a new game promoting their other apps. Why do it every time? Annoying. Except for that an otherwise good game app.
Question re recycle cards

When the note to recycle comes up, I do the motion on the deck of cards that is supposed to rotate the cards, but it never does. What am I doing wrong? I have yet to get an answer on this notation??? I guess this is just a gimmick. The game is fun but not getting an answer is disturbing!!!
Where’s the score

The score has disappeared from the game. It’s hard to judge yourself when the score doesn’t show. Tried turning score off then back on, no joy.

This is my go to game. I’ve been playing solitaire since my Grandmother taught it to me over 60 years ago. Still going strong.
I hate the requests to download games

I guess I like the game but it is hard to enjoy when for each game I play, I am forced to wait until a prompt to download other games completes its run. And these other games I am being asked to download are directed to 8-12 year olds. This company’s big competition does not throw these download requests at me when I play its game.
