Been playing for months now and watch the same Jose guy win the grand prize over and over and look at the winners list never changes.

On Solitaire right when you’re about to win, with little moves and low time, the game suddenly freezes. It asks if you want to automatically play the cards to complete, it will play a few cards, but then forces you to complete the hand...increasing your moves and adding more time, causing your score to be lower. What a rip off! It’s impossible to get a score higher than 247!
Not getting credit for videos

I already sent a ticket in but no reply. I can’t claim the tickets from watching the videos. Gives me the service is busy error and if I leave the game, the tickets disappear.
