After a game now I am presented with a white screen for many many seconds and I can’t do anything about it but wait. Or what I usually do is go to another application or put the game down.

Update to my review below in response to the developer’s comment: Nope. It has changed graphically, perhaps as an accidental side effect of the new scaling code in version 9. Still the best solitaire game for iOS feature-wise, but feels like a downgrade. Original review: Even in classic mode, the card faces now have poorly-aligned numbers and ugly highlights, etc. Wish i had not installed update. Also, lately one of the ads has a fake close button that opens a URL in Safari with multiple redirects to odd addresses. Closed tab before it finished loading; at best this was a slimy marketer, at worst this could have an attempt to target known iOS vulnerabilities. I have encountered it again and force-quitted Solitaire instead of tapping on anything.
