Really love the game, but...

Since the last update, I have had a huge problem with the game freezing. Every time the game goes to an ad, once the ad is over the Big Fish screen pops up and the screen is frozen. The music is still playing, but there is no way to get back to the game. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled three times, but that was no help. I’m going to delete it again and wait a few weeks or so then try again. I hope this bug can be fixed; I really love the game and would give it five stars if this could be corrected. Thanks

What’s With The Frozen Adds?

This used to be my favorite game. And it could still be. You claim to be updating the app, but the apps’ worst problem isn’t getting fixed. I should be able to get free coins and stickers for watching adds. The adds keep freezing up and then I get nothing, no rewards. I used to spend money on this game to keep winning it. If you don’t fix this glitch, you will be losing a lot of customers, starting with me. The problem isn’t with my iPad, I know this because all of my other apps work just fine, including Solitaire Blast. This is my favorite game hands down! Dear developers, just this one glitch now, I check in every day to play the daily challenge. Three days in a row now the app keeps telling me that I missed a game and must start over at day one for the daily challenge. I haven’t missed any days.ok. Ok. So I have a complaint. For the past several days every time I try to watch a advertising video to get rewards, after watching the video instead of getting rewards, I get kicked off the app. Also when I get back on the app, the chance to get the reward disappears.
