Was great but now has bugs issues that haven’t been fixed

I loved this app for almost 10 years but in the last 6 months there are bug issues on iPhone and iPad that make the app unusable at times. Check out the forums on the website. The rotation issue on iPhone still exists. iPad doesn’t respond to touch after using once. I have downloaded and downloaded app several times. I am now looking for another app to play.

I have been playing this game for years. It’s great dependable and satisfying alternative to all the flash games that nickel, dime and dollar you to death. I don’t think I’ve spent a dime on this game. I don’t have to communicate anyone. There is an abundance of choices with many more options than I could ever imagine. If your internet goes down you can still continue play the game you were playing last. Nobody is harassing me about money or anything else which is a much appreciated feature. In fact I’ve often wondered about how this game continues on with no financial funding. I had wondered if it had been created by someone that walked off and abandoned it to its own fate. I was startled this morning when the game master ask me to review this game today. So, yes I give this game a five star rating.

Not random dealing

I love the look of this game, and the play but the cards are not dealt randomly. I’ve kept track for a while now and there’s always one card that is rare. Not fun playing a skewed deal!

Color is now bad...

The color on the red suits is now so deep, that it is hard to quickly tell them apart from the black suits. Please fix.

New version stinks

Have loved this app for years until this last update. No longer are the card decks as easy to visualize and some games the cards overlap the actual playing field. Give me the old version back!!!!

Where did the app go?

Tonight, the app crashed while I was playing. Nothing restored it. I tried quitting all apps, restarting my iPad, and finally in desperation I deleted it and downloaded it again. The app had changed completely. The menus were different and the cards the cards were different; it had the same appearance as the iPhone app, but larger. All of my in app purchases of extra games and decks had been erased. And I cannot seem to find them anywhere. I originally purchased the app on April 10, 2011, and have enjoyed using it for years. Now I am at a loss to understand how this could happen within a few minutes time. I tried to contact support, but the server is gone. I am writing this review to see if something can be done to help restore the app and my purchases. Grassgames, please help! Update: Grassgames has contacted me indirectly and asked me to fix the problem by going to the grassgames forum. That’s like a non-apology. There is an email address to contact them directly on their website, but they did not bother to contact me directly. I will try to email them and update this review again. So far, it is very tedious getting help!

Update is not functioning correctly

I love this game but since the update the app does not work correctly. Every time I win a game the app shuts down completely and it is restarted.
