Reviews

As bad as they say

Hard to believe but this app is as dreadful as the previous reviews have reported. I enter height & weight data and the app simply changes them to random values. Oh! Today I’m 26” high! Oh my! Today I weigh 381lbs! Completely useless. Oh, and this is the first iOS app I can recall that does not support portrait orientation. Ridiculous!

Treadmill vs App

You make a great treadmill but a crappy app

Says Fix in update, but still useless, non working app. Tried to give it zero stars but cannot. Cannot see my recumbent bike when 2 feet from it but can find a Bluetooth device 2 stories elsewhere. So, a totally worthless app that needs to be rewritten. Or, the hardware is failing to send a signal the app can find. Either way, useless in its current form.

Doesn’t work

Randomly disconnects from blueooth on F63 treadmill. Forced landscape is horrible. User data defaults to 28in 440lbs every time, even after I carefully save. Not useful at all in its current form. Please fix.

TERRIBLE

This app is not functional in anyway. Very disappointed that I invested my money in the Sole treadmill. A little surprise Dick’s Sporting Goods carries this brand. In this day and age everyone wants to be able to track their workouts & this app makes it impossible to do so. Treadmill works great but it’s really unfortunate that I cannot track my workouts.

Needs improvements. Bug fixes broke features.

The Facebook login is broken so I can’t access any of my previous workouts. And the height and weight don’t save correctly in the profile.

Complain to Sole, not Apple!

This app takes the award for the worst app ever. The developer should be drawn and quartered. The worst thing about it? Sole makes a phenomenal elliptical machine! My E35 is solid as a rock, and quiet. The built in display is excellent (though completely covered if you have your iPad on the “shelf” like I use it, running BitGym), and the controls are in smart locations. But the app... the stupid login requirements, the almost useless sliders when used on an iPhone’s small display, the frequent inability to pair no matter where the phone is, the inability to keep your stats correctly, the fact it isn’t completely background-task compatible, the fact not all of the captured data is compatible with Apple Health, and OH the terrible useless updates!!! “1.Fix bug”, followed by “1.bug fix”... Devs are not helping themselves OR US at all. Owners, complain to Sole, not the devs of this app. Buyers, if you purchase a Sole machine, DO NOT expect a good experience from the tech side of it. My 15 year old daughter could program a better app if Sole asked.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD!

Started off ok. I was willing to accept that the reports are awkward and don’t allow you to see rolled up summaries by metric...for example you see a summary of time, calories burned and heart rate for one day but you can’t see a summary of calories burned or any metric over multiple days. Ok was dealing with that but NOW for the last week, the app hasn’t accepted my login credentials and I’ve reset my password twice. All my prior data was lost in doing so and today it won’t accept my login credentials again. I’m done with this app—-boo you!!

Great elliptical, pathetic app!

I am very pleased with the E35 elliptical machine, but c’mon folks... the app is horrible! The app tracks my workout just like the console on the machine, but logs totally different data. It should be expected by your users to have an accurate log of their workouts! Please fix it!
