Subscriptions Terms and Conditions:
(a) Fans may subscribe to a Celebrity’s Profile by paying a monthly subscription fee (Subscription Fee) to SocialCelebs. The Subscription Fee is set out on the App and is an auto-renewable subscription type, which auto-renews after every one month. If the user wants to unsubscribe, they can do this from their iTunes account. If they do not chancel this they will be charged automatically.
(b) A Fan is a Subscriber to a Celebrity’s Profile if he or she pays the Subscription Fee and continues to pay the Subscription Fee on a monthly basis (Subscriber).
(c) The subscription allows Subscribers to access the exclusive content uploaded or otherwise published by a Celebrity.
(d) If a Fan ceases to pay the Subscription Fee, that Fan will no longer be a subscriber to that Celebrity's Profile and it will no longer have access to that Celebrity's exclusive content.
(e) Subscription is applicable for 1 month, from the date of purchase and it auto-renews after one month if not canceled.
(f) Payment will be charged to user's iTunes Account at the time of confirmation of purchase.

(g) Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

(h) The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

(i) Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

(j) Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
