Too difficult to figure out how to hide apps, the tutorial in app and the YouTube link were not helpful.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!! I have been LITERALLY locked out of this app for almost 3 months now! I can’t even get on my YouTube cause it’s under my social lock! Suppose to do my finger print, then it goes to my password where it won’t even let me put it in!? How is there a way to get in this, so I can just delete the app and have all my stuff separate?
