For the past 3 years that I have had this app, I have had negative experience after negative experience. I will say, their concept is good. If they knew how to execute it without as many bugs as it has, it would be worth it. But until then, it’s just not worth. For an app that you paid to have, it should be BETTER. Especially with this new update, I have to not only log into snug every time I open the app, I then have to log into all of my other IG accounts. It’s been long enough, y’all need to get it together. There’s a reason they say not to go keyboard happy on the reviews regarding issues— because they get so many!! Just do better, snug. Seriously. Hire a new team that can actually execute your ideas better.

And there is no way to get in touch with support, I’ve tried but literally can’t find a contact us or email option :( used to love this app!!

this app is pointless now, it always says i am offline even when i am clearly not so it won’t even load my feed

After the update, when I click on the app it just says “offline” over and over even though I have data and WiFi.

For years I LOVED the simplicity and usage of this app and I recommend it for EVERYONE around me!! But now it just says offline and the whole app no longer works!

Now I’m having trouble managing the feed of multiple instagrams under the same email account. Never used to have problems before the update - this used to be my favorite app

I keep getting an error message saying I’m offline but I am not... I can’t even use it which is so disappointing.

I have to go through a long log in process everytime I go to use it. Annoying and not worth it at all
