Its crazy how a small difference in the controls changes this game. Graphics aren't as polished. Controls are a bit off. Sorry guys. Love the Flash (even think it might have been shockeave) version, but this one just isn't the same. Sorry!

I have been a big fan of SnowCraft ever since it was released as an online Christmas card by Nicholson NY. The app version is a great replication of the original, and appears to improve upon it in some ways such as the skill and motion of the "green kids", and improved scoring. The throwing and reload performance for me is the same as the original. The only issue I ran into was that on the iPad, in 2x mode, the kids sometimes don't always move as expected, or "slip" from under my finger. This may be operator error, or a bug in 2x mode, I haven't figured it out, but it is minor and doesn't detract from play. I am absolutely delighted to have this long time favorite on our new devices, and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks!

It's like the original, it just needs better charging speed, as well as the speed and range of the snowballs. In that sense it's a little weak but I still love the game.

I agree with the majority of the reviews, game is great and brings back countless memories! I would like to see some graphics updates like maybe retina display. Also I too fell like the snowball charge could be a bit quicker. Also could be really fun if ur teammates had AI also and could also throw snowballs at the enemy. After update, I promise a 5 star rating.
