Snow Wonder by Moms With Apps
Welcome to Snow Wonder, a winter playground where you can build your own snowman and play in the snow. Pack your choices by dragging them into the suitcase. When you are finished, tap the arrow to go to the snow. Now you can arrange your snowman, making it tall or short, or upside down. Be creative! TAP THE BLUE SKY to make it snow, and collect enough snow to cover the ground or move it around. Use the back arrow to try more combinations.

I can't find the arrow on the first page to go to the next page on this app. It looks like fun but is not easy to use.
