Using SnoreBuster is simple.

When you start snoring, the SnoreBuster app will pick up snoring sounds and make your band discreetly vibrate, replacing the poke your partner usually gives you so that you stop and readjust your position, before your partner wakes up.
The science of it is simple; when you fall asleep your neck and throat muscles relax. This decreases the size of the airway and causes the vibrations.Readjusting your position opens your airways so you can breathe normally again.

The result?

Comfortable, and more restful sleep for you, and for your partner.

The SnoreBuster App is an intelligently and elegantly designed app that can help you achieve the best sleep possible for better personal health, and theres nothing more valuable than that.

This app is NOT a scientifically proven treatment option for patients whom suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) or Positional Obstructive Sleep Apnea (POSAS).

This Application Connects to a the official Snorebuster bracelet ,you will need this device to use the app.

Surprised

While the are a few issues, this device really does work. Once you pair the device and set the intensity/sensitivity levels, just place the smartphone with the microphone facing you. My issues are: 1. The band/clasp can come undone by dragging your wrist across the sheet a particular way. 2. The screen must stay on for the app to run in the foreground so you must lower the screen brightness or your phone may not fully charge. 3. The wrist device seems to loose Bluetooth connectivity and not automatically reconnect. Finally, some statistics would be great...currently you can not see when or how many times it was activated. Otherwise, highly recommended!

It seems to work

My wife says she doesn’t notice me snoring as much. A CPAP machine wasn’t working for me because I kept taking the mask off during the night so this is something I wanted to try as an alternative. One thing this app is tragically missing is a log of how many times the wristband was activated. This would be extremely useful to see how effective the device was. It could also assist in adjusting the settings and placement should there not be many instances of the device activating. Please add a log feature in future updates then this would be 5 stars for sure.
