This app was great, and saved me so much money, but since the update, it won't even allow me to open it before crashing! I deleted it. ?

Why change good features?

I love this app and have used it for several years. The latest update got rid of some critical features for no reason that I can see? There is no way to rotate or crop pictures once taken. Also, my default setting is private, yet I have to CHOOSE private on every picture I take or they default to public. What's the point of the general setting though? Also, several updates ago you changed the view so I have to scroll through EVERY COUPON to get to those at the end of the alphabet. Can't you just show the store again and then let me click into the store to see what coupons I have for it? If there are a lot it's a pain and I scroll past the ones in the middle....it's just annoying.
Bring Crop back!

Update! Developer helped bring back my lost coupons. So changing to 3 stars. But the crop feature is very critical for usability of the app! Need it back soon... The App was working great for the last couple of years. Now the unnecessary update removed all my earlier coupons. I can even forgive the one time loss of coupons but please bring back the original image editor with crop and rotate. We can't really make any coupon public without cropping for privacy reasons!

This app used to work fine. I used to be able to save manufacturer coupons for my own personal use. Since the update it keeps saying they are not coupons & the app keeps crashing!
Can't add grocery store coupons

Every time I try to add a coupon from my local grocery store, snip snap does not identify it as a coupon and disables it for mobile redemption. If the key feature of the app doesn't work, then the app doesn't work for me. Other coupons I'm able to successfully add, disappear when I try to access them later.

I like SnipSnap simply because it's a great place to check if you don't have a coupon and need one, have a coupon and would like a better one, or to share good coupons you won't be able to use. No coupon/saving program is perfect but with SnipSnap you have your savings immediately, no waiting for the rebate check to come in the mail or to have to reach a certain dollar amount.
