Started great but gradually getting worse
Is it a joke that I need a nickname that no one else has?
I loved this app when it was first released. There were multiple stylists who were actively updating and gave great recommendations. Lately I’ve been getting the same stylist over and over and her taste does not match mine. Ever. I always request another stylist and still end up with Jordan. One thing about the app that I have noticed is a consistent problem is that the recommended products are never available on the shop’s site. For example, was styled an outfit with Steve Madden sandals that were to die for. Not available on Steve Madden’s site, Macy’s, Nordstrom or Bloomingdales! I got lucky and found them on Jet.com!! It’s silly to recommend products that aren’t easily accessible, especially when one feature of Snap + Style is to shop within the app. I gave the app an average of 3 stars because there is so much potential here and I don’t want to give up on it. I know what it was like when it was first released and I am hoping it can get back to that point and grow. As it stands now, the app really only deserves 2 stars.

Like the other review my stylist gave me items sold out all the time and I even told her about it and she still does this. Great for inspiration but almost everything they pick is sold out.

I've been looking for an app like this for a while. However, within minutes of using the app I realized I am not the target demographic. All of the brands shown were things I'd never heard of, or could never dream to afford. And there isn't a wide variety of style. This seems geared at career-driven women in their late 20s-30s.

I love this app. It's been a really great experience . The consultants are very responsive and awesome with their suggestion. They suggest you perfect outfits with your budget. I have liked most of the outfits suggested by them .

I just wanted to say that I love this app! Last week, I didn't have a great personal shopper experience at Macy's and was about to try StitchFix with much reservation. Just before I went to start an account, I found this app and it's everything I was looking for! In the past, I've tried other style apps but they were very antiquated and difficult to use. This app is quick, has a ton more functionality, and very easy to use. I love the ability that I can show them items from my closet and can purchase items directly from the app. I can even add multiple items to the cart from different outfits and order together. This allows me to try clothes on and return if they don't fit. I can also buy as much as I want and am not limited to a specific number of items, like with StitchFix. My favorite part is being able to chat with the stylists to give advice on how to wear the items. I've already ordered 5-6 pieces that I will be able to mix and match with one another and with the other items in my closet. For the first time in a long time, I feel trendy with the items I'm purchasing and look forward to styling them. I would not have been this successful without the help of their stylists. They make me feel beautiful!
