Colour effects are available in the current version and more effects are coming.
HOW TO USE THE APPLICATION
•Tap the “Take Photo” button to shot a new photo with the Camera or
“Browse Photos” to select a photo from the photo library.
•Once the photo is either taken or selected you will be able to move
and/or scale the photo.
•Finally you might want to add a caption, colour effects, save it or
share the photo via email or posting it on Facebook.
Changing the colour is as simple as taping the Effects button and choosing the desired colour effect.
Add a caption before sharing it by taping the caption button and writing some text.
You will be able to preview the photo at any time by taping the photo itself this will hide or show the menu bars accordingly.
Sharing the photo is equally easy you will just need to tap the share photo button which will bring the sharing menu up, the sharing menu currently has two buttons, the Facebook button that will allow you posting your photo on Facebook (network connection required) and the email button which will generate an email to be sent.
Before sharing your photo via email you might want to specify some default parameters such as To, CC addresses or default subject by taping the configuration button and filling them in accordingly.
Finally you will be able to save your photo by taping the Done button and selecting the save option.

Nice UI and I like the border, tape, and caption feature. It needs more effects and also would b cool with some other border options like old fashioned scalloped edges. But it's free and smooth. It would b a 5 star app if it's updated with more options.
Great so far, but needs more features

I like the look that this app gives my pictures. It would be great if there were more border options, and an option to put spaces in the captions. I try to type stuff and put a space in but it doesn't show up for some reason. Hoping for an update and that this will work just as well on the iPhone 4 since I'll be getting one next week.

A good (free) app. Hopefully the developer will enable the ability to save as full resolution or at least as full as the ratio will allow vs just 400x460.

I enjoy this app a lot. It gives my photos a nice look, and I've made lots of nice photo edits with it. It would be nice to have more features, like maybe the ability to make a little collage by taping the photos onto a wall or something. Also, on my fifth generation iPod Touch, I cannot add text to my photos. Please send an update fixing this issue. I am running iOS 7.
