Can’t login now

Used this app for 4-5 months and it worked fine. Tried to use it today and it asked me to login which is not usual. Couldn’t login so deleted app and reloaded. Still will not accept my username and password. Tried to access support for app but this takes you to something not associated with the app and useless. Pulse detector useless without functioning app.

Worked great at first but after less than 10 readings it doesn’t give the final report. It stops with one second left every time!
Why make us create an account

We purchased this device as kind of a toy but also to check parents ekg from time to time. We just went to us it and now it requires you to create an account. Why and what are they doing with your data. Something like this should not require logins especially after it did not in the beginning as I would have sent it back
Great device, poor app interface

Got a snap ecg recorder for Christmas. It is easy to operate. Put fingers in the pads, click record, and you have a high quality ecg recording. The app is the weak point. The software doesn’t tell you if it has paired with the device or not. It looks unpaired, but you hit the record button and it works. You can save a .pdf version, which I am printing and taking to my cardiologist next week. At the top of the page is a field for patient name. But you can’t specify your name in the preferences. There are several links to click on, Store for example, that do nothing. Most of the links are just stubs that take you to a blank page. As long as you don’t expect more than the most basic functionality, you can get by. The hardware deserves better. Software feels like a beta release.

I purchased this device about a year and and a half ago. Simple device that I use to check my heart for basic information. When I purchased the device you could optionally create an account, but it was not required. I didn’t want or need one. After several updates, you cannot use the device at all unless you create an account. What a scam. This device when I purchased it was over $100 dollars. Now it’s a piece of junk. What a waste. I will not be buying any of your products in the future.
