Free version doesn’t work

I tried to get it to do my homework but when I pushed the solve button it said I had to get the version that costs money to solve it or I could continue with the free version. I chose to do this and tried to solve another problem but it gave me the same message. It couldn’t even solve 2+2. The free version is useless and I wish I could give it zero stars because that is the number of problems it solved for me.
