It use to work great. Now almost every time I use it I get the message that it doesn’t recognize a letter. Ugh!

Half the time I get a blank board and it won’t recognize the letters. The other half if says tile not recognized.

Took a screenshot from the game, went to snap cheats, it said unknown tile. Deleted and reloaded several times, still doesn’t work. Very disappointing. ☹️
