Everything costs money

So the app kept on saying that my Internet was bad, so I deleted the app and got it again, and then I typed in my username and password, but the past, but it said the password was wrong but it was right.

Love that I can spend time on this app that it’s got all the songs that I really love and if there is things misspelled on this review it’s cause for some reason I can’t see a thing that’ I am typing.? But love the game!

I’ve been on Smule for years now, It is definitely a fun app that I love using to practice my vocals, or to sing with friends. The only complaint that I have is that I wish you could save drafts of you singing, and I do think the software could be updated since it’s been years now and it has stayed the same. But like I said, it is a very great app to practice singing or if you’re just looking for some fun!

so i downloaded this app and it let me sing a total of one song before it kept trying to charge me money ? i definitely dont recommend it just because everything costs money. and you can’t change your profile background or profile picture or sing ANYTHING without it costing u money- (also i forgot but you also can’t change the color theme at all it doesn’t matter the settings your phone is on) so uh yeah that’s basically it i guess ??? but i would recommend fixing these problems because it’s really stupid.

I have been a member of the Smule community for 5 years. Overall, I am pleased with their service and ease of accessibility to sing, solo or with other members. I appreciate their song book catalog and the various options and program updates that Smule regularly notifies me. I suggest for Smule to provide a more updated songbook catalogue. Also, I am disappointed on how some of my songs have been automatically removed from my playlist for reasons beyond my control or infractions from another member who we sang together. Some sensitive songs that I’ve saved have also been removed without explanation, perhaps copyright infringement from the original artist or others. Overall, I continue to sing on the Smule app because it has been a great resource that I’ve recognized that singing can be “therapeutic”. Thanks for reading my review.

You make singing the songs I want to learn basically impossible cause well it costs money to sing alone or whatever that means so not worth downloading

Great app but needs more incentives for non VIP’s

Okay so I’ve been on this app for 7 years. I’m a real person, this is not a fake review lol. And when you’re VIP everything is peaches and cream. I’m not the biggest fan of the UI since they changed it a little while ago but I’m an iPhone user and it’s still a pretty basic interface. For $50 the year sub isn’t that bad for everything you get and can do. You can even open closed songs on other people’s profiles to join. That was a nice thing to do because you couldn’t do that before. All that being said, it’s not so sweet for the free users. I mean you CAN upload songs to your own profile from a PC and sing any of those all you want. And sure, you can join any open songs from other people. But having NO free songs to do yourself is a bit rough. Even if you gave the non VIP accounts a limited amount of free songs to do for themselves, it would at least be SOMETHING and would probably make more people want to get the VIP pass. In my opinion it’s still by far the best karaoke app that I’ve tried personally, especially sound wise for the vocals and song selection but that’s just MY own opinion and it may not be for others. My yearly subscription just expired yesterday and I plan on getting it again. So in the meantime I’m going to upload my own songs and sing on my friends’ invites. My one real serious complaint is that when you’re not VIP the songs visible that you’ve recorded are very limited and I don’t like that. I think that much is unfair compared to everything else I mentioned. That is all for my review. Thank you.
