I can't believe they charge for this app.

If you're app is crashing and shows problems consistently, you have no right to be charging people for it. I was super excited for this app as it is one of my favorite webkinz games. But the app constantly crashes, and whenever I finish a game the screen only shows up half way, and turns to portrait orientation. So the game is useless as this won't let me upload the kinzcash I made to my account.

I absolutely love this game although the app messes it up. You'll be playing it then all the sudden the app cuts off and you have to begin back at level one.

Won't log in to Webkinz.

It's such a fun game and is exceptionally fun on my phone. Can't get my Webkinz cash though bc it will NOT let me log in. Every time I try it says that Webkinz is temporarily unable to login... Booo.

The kinzcash won't sync to my account . I tried multiple times . I put the info for my account ( the username and password) but I push log in , it say connect and BOOM it freezes . I waited an hour and still nothing . HELP ME . PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM

My brothers and I love the game but every time I go to log in it just freezes and turns portrait but still in horizontal (so half the screen shows), and their customer service page doesn't work either. We are very disappointed because we wanted this to be a way to earn kinzcash on the go and now it can't go to our account. We have the same problem with the cash cow 2 and polar plunge games. All 3 of us are on iPads so that might be the reason so please fix it for iPads!

Smoothy Moves is my favorite game unfortunately Kinz cash is not being awarded to my Webkinz account. This is a bunch of baloney. I would not recommend this game if you want to connect it to your Webkinz account.

This is one of my favorite games; however, the screen freezes every time I try to login and connect the app to my account. Needs an update to fix the bugs.

I was very excited to get the app but i can not use its uploading kind cash to the app which makes it a lot less useful so if u could please update to at least where there are less glitches and I can now get kind cash and upload it to the app Satisfactory: Very Disappointed
