Thanks to the application, I can watch the idols that I admire whenever and wherever, just my phone has internet connection. <3

I was excited to go use this app for the first time and watch a live stream. I couldn’t even create an account. I kept seeing Error has occurred and nothing else would load within the app. I deleted and downloaded the app again 2 more times and had the same problem each time.

Coin trouble

I watched a live stream for an hour. It was fun I’ll admit but the sad thing is that I didn’t receive my 30 Mings :(( I also invited my friend through my invitation link but none of us received 1000 mings... I’m new to this app so to experience this on like the first day of using it is quiet frustrating. This app would be a 5 stars if everyone properly received ALL the Mings they’ve earned, because right now we’re just wasting time watching live streams when we’re not receiving anything in return. I could just log in everyday and get my daily reward but that’s about it :/ I don’t think I’ll actually use this app unless I get the mings I’m suppose to get after watching a live stream.

Replay Problems

I love the app and it works well when I am able to watch live, but I can almost never replay the videos when I miss then (which is a lot since I work). Many of the times it won’t load or it just won’t play the video which is frustrating. I also wish you could replay more than just the previous stream because sometimes it’s hard to catch the streams you want to watch before the streamer decides to go live again ?.

I really love SMING and the ideas behind it. I think that it’s a great place for kpop fans to meet other fans and to connect over music! I also love the Ming mall and the daily quizzes for giveaways— it’s so cool and kind of them to be giving out merch that is essentially for free, and that’s a huge part of why I love this app :)

Has some problems

I’ve had SMING since before the newest update and I loved it. The old SMING was great, everything worked and it was fun. However, since the newest update the app has not worked. The chat feature in the streams doesn’t work. I can’t see anyone chat, I can not chat myself, and I can not get any quiz’s. I have reached out to SMING on Facebook to inform them of the problem but they never responded. I really enjoyed this app and if the problem doesn’t get resolved soon I’m going to have to just delete the app and not get it again.
