Grab a colored blob with the tip of your finger, and smush it into a neighboring blob of the same color. The two merge into one, but don’t let go. Now, squish the bigger blob into another neighbor, and another, and another, with one quick swipe through the grid. Dash your finger up and down, left and right, and diagonal. When there are no more blobs to combine, release your finger to ignite an explosion so intense it rattles the screen!

This game is simply fun to play; it's a great balance of addictive bubble popping and satisfying physics, layered with juicy graphics, music and sound. Great either in a quick break between meetings or in a marathon leaderboard conquest. Very easy to learn, and challenging to get really high scores, so that you keep reaching for more. Highly recommended!!

I don't normally play matching games like this (never played Candy Crush, etc), but I was drawn to the mesmerizing jelly blobs of Smerge. It's a simple game to pick up and yet difficult to master. I somehow keep scoring lower the longer I play... Anyway, the game is gorgeous, great fun, and definitely recommended.
