Here’s what else you can do with SMB&T Mobile:
Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount
Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend
Transfer money between your accounts
Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back
Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it
View and save your monthly statements
Find branches and ATMs near you
Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.
To use the SMB&T Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a SMB&T digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.
I rely heavily on my Earnin app to bail me out whenever possible. But with a new southern Michigan banking app that is not possible. It’s already hard enough to deal with the new member service charges and now it’s a complete fail
The new app is user friendly and offers so many convenient banking options! Love that I’m able to set low balance alerts and receive an alert every time a transaction is coming through on my account. Allows you to catch unauthorized transactions quickly, if they were to ever occur.
The online bill pay through mobile does not show the expected arrival date of the payment before I submit payment. Also, it does not show the last four digits of the payees account number to make sure I am paying the right payee (when we have multiple with same payee name). I am not able to send this review because I have to enter a rediculous nickname before it will proceed!!
This website is periodically unavailable. Information is no longer available as it once was. I can’t get past statements unless I go to all electronic statements and I like a paper back up for a business
I have never have had a problem with any of the bank employees. I usually use the bank on 131. At one time every teller there knew me by first name. Holly Norton and I were neighbors. I’ve been with the bank since I’ve been 16. Will NOT change.
