My friend sent me own and told me to download it. It’s odd to charge people when you hardly have any content. Biggest problem you didn’t have her name. Ingrid, normal name! How often do you add names?? I ‘d like to request that you add Ingrid and Mitzi . I hope you can respond with your action plan.

Wonderful SmashUps! Extremely unique and fun way to send a greeting!!!! Hope more SmashUps are added along with other greeting selections. Certainly every name cannot be included but perhaps consideration is given to adding daughter, son, niece, friend etc... Nonetheless, SmashUps is awesome!!!

I subscribed on the website and that works fine and I like the content. The problem is when I download the App Store version here, there’s. No option to sign in with my email, only an option to subscribe - which I’ve already done. Unless I’m expected to subscribe separate for the website and App Store, which is not cool. Willing to change this to a 5 for the app in content if you allow me to log in to existing subscription. Thanks.

I showed a personalized video to my friend, and he LOVED it!! My favorite template is the breaking news template. I have a request for that. Can we add more occasions to the breaking news one? Would love that. Thanks!

I use to have a subscription to AG Ecards but I cancelled it two years ago because I wasn’t using it. However they recently debuted my account for another year’s subscription. To the best of my knowledge, they do not have a customer support person/staff that I can use to ask them to reverse the charge. I sincerely hope AG Ecard reads and responds to this review.
