I’ve used it for several CF workouts and it’s an awesome app. Perks: -begins countdown from 10-1 with beeps at 3/2/1 so you can start it and be on your weight when it starts -clearly see the numbers so you see where you’re at in the workout -allows you to label & describe the workout to save and test yourself later -shows last laps times and reps for those counting to keep cadence Just overall a great app. Haven’t dived into the depths of it but sure there’s more to find and enjoy. I’ve got my workout timer app. Get yours.
