I'm a freelancer that does social media marketing and VA. This app helps me keep all my different tasks on a day to day basis and organize them by client. Very user firendly. Was worth the membership purchase.
Great app but syncing doesn't work

This is a great app and helps me keep organised. However, this app constantly has issues with syncing across my devices and with itself. On my phone I would complete tasks and add new tasks and then a couple of hours later those new tasks are gone and the old tasks are all back on, dating from like 2 days ago. This is happening on when using the same device. Same issue happens when using another device which is a little more understandable but still a bother. Developer reached out to me already to help solve this issue! Thanks for the speedy and helpful response.

Smart Tasks is a fantastic, user-friendly app! I already pay for the full features, but one thing is holding me back from having a full satisfied experience is how I am unable to see all the tasks from all the categories in one view. That's one major feature I am asking for. I'll be completely over the moon if this is added. Seeing everything in one place will help tons.

When I add a task it is not organized by time it's just spread out over the day, makes it difficult to know what should be next. Also, can't get on my phone for some reason which is where I need it to be as well.

I started using this app about 4 month ago to help me stay organized and compartmentalize tasks I need to do within my business. This has been such a life saver and feel much more organized in my business. I love the options to create various categories and how I want to schedule tasks out. It is nice to look at what I have scheduled for the day to see what needs to get done. What I also enjoy is the ability to move tasks to a different day if something doesn’t get done. It helps to eliminate the guilt and shame of not getting everything done on your list. The ability to mark a task as “completed” is also very helpful. I’m so glad this app was recommended to me by one of my coaches!
