I downloaded this app and was thrilled to have a remote on my phone. With the ads and not being able to use the keyboard I didn’t hesitate to spend the 5 dollars for the premium edition which enabled all of that however within a matter of two minutes of having the app I plan to contact Apple to get my money back because now that I have paid for it, it enabled none of the keyboard or number features so basically I paid for a free app just to eliminate ads. Very disappointed

I have to manually turn on the tv because if it is powered off the remote won’t connect. Once on I can use it and it will be perfectly fine. And for any random reason it will just stop working. Refuse to connect. I paid premium hoping to have it work better without the ads popping up ever third button press. I want my money back complete trash.

When it wants to work, it’s fantastic. Even paid to remove adds I liked it so much. Now though, it won’t connect to the tv via WiFi maybe 50 percent of the time. More annoying than anything. Maybe I should have spent my money on a spare remote.

My new puppy chewed up the minimalist remote the TV came with. So I decided to buy this app bc it’s cheaper than a physical remote and also had great reviews... It does the job... but it disconnects FREQUENTLY. Every time I reopen the app bc I step out of the room it disconnects & and I have to walk over to the tv to manually hit accept to connect my phone to the TV, AGAIN. I never write reviews, but after purchasing this thinking it would be great. It’s okay. I would definitely just buy a physical universal Samsung remote. I tried to avoid buying it bc it’s so bulky & full of buttons, but it’s more reliable in staying connected. Not to mention completing the whole reason I wanted a remote.

Keyboard feature not working

Upgraded to premium to get keyboard feature. Doesn’t do anything. Tried to contact for support but no responded. Since the cost isn’t much for the app, i didn’t bother to contact Apple for further help, but this app should come out with new version that fixed the keyboard thing.

Every time I close the app, or if I keep the app open but do not use it for a few hours, it stops working and no amount of attempts to re-pair works. I have to delete the app and reinstall. There needs to some persistent coding to keep the app “alive.” You shouldn’t have to continuously re-authorize. This app is the only device that has ever required it, over and over. Samsung.
