I really enjoy using this app when preparing for my upcoming exams, but the last two exams I have studied for I have not been able to use this app. The SM 18 & 19 courses are not listed for purchase. This is unfortunate because the book only has one set practice questions and no web resources. I think it would be beneficial to add more courses.
Good when it works

This app is great when you want to quickly practice on a phone. However, I have run into the same problem as many: I can no longer get the MANY courses I have purchased to load without uninstalling and reinstalling. This needs to be fixed.
I was sent the wrong course

I ordered CPCU 555 and got AFSB 153. I called the institutes customer service and they said I need to contact that App Store. I don’t know how to do that, so I figured this might get to someone that can help.

Several titles have wrong information in it. Tried to download the AU and almost got something else....disappointing.

I can’t even purchase the AINS 21 course- every time I click on it for some reason it takes me to AIC 44 instead. The design is incredibly outdated and if it’s so flawed I can’t even purchase one of the courses I can’t imagine the quizzes themselves are very good.
App purchased wrong course

I selected to purchase ARM 400 and the app defaulted and selected AIC 44. Also, the Back button does not work well. Currently operating on IOS 14.4.1

App does not work and crashes constantly.

The Institutes does not maintain this app. The app constantly crashes. I tried reinstalling and it does not work. I noticed the last update was over a year ago. It’s a rip off.
