I downloaded this and it said to download AERLINK and I did but I can’t get it to pair can anyone help me. Gale

I bought this app 10/6/19 and said it was purchased.. all it did was said it was loading for 10 min! I restarted my phone and now the app. Is not recognizing I bought it. Please advise or return money.

I don't know why other people are saying that they can not connect I just made how it says in the guide and I connected my smartwatch to my iphone instantly.

This app is absolutely amazing, I like how fast it connects and how smooth is working. An advice - it will be better to show in meters the peripherals status, it will be more clear and understandable but anyway how it is now it is great.
