I bought the charger two weeks ago. I started using the charger. It works but the remote monitor app does not work. I removed the app from my phone because it’s useless now.

Trying to log in and now I can’t says wrong password. I tried to reset and still having issues. When will it be fixed?

Can’t seem to get any information from my charger because the app no longer allows me to sign in. Fix this please. Update: app still doesn’t work as of Jan 24, 2020.

The remote monitoring does not work because the app stopped working. Please fix this problem. I have 3 chargers that work but can’t be monitored and advertised!! Very disappointed!!
