I use this app in conjunction with the Calm app. Both have great sleep stories that help me fall asleep. I have horrible insomnia. I would recommend this app to anyone who has trouble sleeping. Updated 10/10/17 Changed my rating from 5 stars to 3. With no new stories ever added, it gets repetitive listening to the same ones over and over. So this app has lost its effectiveness for me. If they would add new stories like Calm does it would still be a great app.

A little buggy but still worth purchasing

There are minor aspects of the app that is still a bit buggy however in my opinion, it’s still worth purchasing. I have a hard time shutting my mind off when at bedtime but this app really helps centered my mind so I can drift off easily. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and still love it. I enjoyed the deeper male narrator more so those are my go-to.
Great app but needs more stories and faster updates on content

I love this app and how much it helps me fall asleep quickly. It does a great job of balancing soothing sounds with narration and I never find it so overwhelming that I have to listen to the story rather than try to fall asleep. That being said, the turnaround time on their content updates is awful. I’ve listened to every story about a million times (guided meditations just don’t do it for me) and they tend to only release one new meditation and/or story at a time. Free, quickly updated, and varied content would get this app 5 stars from me.

I purchased the full version of this app and loved the results the first few weeks I used it. I was waiting for new stories and meditations to come out but nothing has updated on this app. I emailed the owner/creator and he said that his solution was to come out with another app. (That you have to pay for again). Not worth it... Wish I would have spent the money on the other popular app. *new* - it's now November and still no new stories. Sorry Brandon your reply simply isn't true. There is no update and total there are about 30 different stories/meditations.

Great stories and meditations! I want more!!!! I alternate between this and Calm, but I like these better, except that I have several memorized. I wish this app would continue to grow like Calm is.
