Not Happy Want REFUND or fix

Bought pro version $4.99 to remove watermark - app will not load video to and will not remove watermark. How do we get a refund or when will they fix this?

Without the ability to import an existing video from the Camera Role, this app is basically of no use

I'm trying to upload my videos, but it's not working .... I choose the videos it compress and after that the screen goes back ready to record again, and my videos never show up to be set up. Can you guys help me out with. Thank you. PS I bought the full version

I'd give it no stars if it was an option. I downloaded Pro so I could edit a video I had already taken and the free version lets you import but the 4.99 version doesn't. Waste of time and money.
