This game keeps kicking me out, can you fix

I agree with the majority of reviews here. This app offers a variety of slot play and good payouts. Unfortunately for me it crashes about every 5 mins. I thought after I updated that had solved the problem, but no it did not. I am playing on my iPad mini with the latest version of my OS. It is beyond frustrating to have to keep reloading the game. I am at the point where I am just going to delete it. It’s a shame because if not for that issue (which is a HUGE one) this would be a great app.

I have spent (WAY) too much money on this game. I use it for “therapy” as I go through my breast cancer treatments and it kept my mind off things at least for a little while. BIGGEST PROBLEM is NOT getting the coin packages I buy. I am charged by iTunes but the coins don’t download. At this point I’ve probably lost well over 100 billion coins because I purchased several bigger packages and didn’t get them, then would buy them again and MAYBE would get them. Please fix this issue!!!!!! UPDATE Finally heard from customer support who wanted me to go through TONS of my transactions and somehow remember EXACTLY which ones did not download . I told them there was no way for me to figure that out! So they never responded, never made good on ANYTHING I never received, which was over $200 in coins and actually more than that when you figure in the “special” extra coins which are not very special when you don’t get them. My advice is play it until you run out of your initial coins thenDELETE THE GAME.

This game crashes so much it’s crazy. It just aggravates me to much to keep playing. What a disappointment ?

Super bad odds. It’s a waste of money. They seriously only care about getting your money!! Horrible odds. Higher you bet, the lower the odds. Bonuses and spins come less frequent by a lot when higher bets. Buying coins and rubies on the specials, watch your winning percentage drop. Just because you complain about it. You get ignored. Maxed out ruby coin generator. Note only hit three ruby once the entire time I played and I play a lot. Obviously it’s a great graphic game as well great slots, but just spend your money and keep your concerns to yourself! When you get to a level that gives you a personal VIP line, you get ignored because you question the odds. Serious gamers don’t come looking here for sustained game play without a big pocket of cash.

I really enjoyed this game to unwind n relax but since u decided to “ upgrade or change it up “ it is becoming a joke ! Every time you log on the rules have changed —— just to keep u from having a chance to enjoy winning—- not a good choice on your part —— losing interest quickly ??. I have continued to play Slotventures n I still like to play the game but I don’t like having to change my playing every time I log in. Forced ruby n coin use just to have a chance is not a good choice in my opinion ——- thank you for acknowledging my review ———
