Too many flaws!

I don't understand how you buy to open a game then you play it for a few days and you do good winning on it. The there is the same game with a tournament and so I play the tournament for awhile. The next day I come back to play the regular game and it's vanished. Then I look for the same tournament game and it's vanished. Now tell me hoe that happens. Oh I even paid to get the game opened up too and it just disappears, that's a rip off!!!
