What happened!!!!!

Turned game on this morning and my level and credits were back to beginning. It takes me almost a month to collect enough credits to play. I believe I had around 150,000,000. If not fixed in two weeks, I will delete. Level was around 20. Thanks
Does not retain winnings

Starting this week, the game starts over like the first time every time I play. Can not keep winnings or levels already attained. What up?!

No matter how many coins you have (I had just over 4 Million), when you come out and go back in you start over again at 300,000. The reason you can't load your previous game data after updating to iOS 8 is that there is a compatibility issue with the new version of iOS. So you will start over every time you go on until thy fix it

Had to read these games after installing ios8, now they don't retain coins. Each day I have to start over. Please fix!
Not worth it

The game reset back to level 1. I lost over 10 million coins, 255 gems and I was at level 30. For the amount of time and coins needed to get to the next level, it takes too long and too many coins. While I don't expect to move through levels quickly, it should not takes weeks to get to the next level. Now with the constant resets and lost levels, I don't think I will play anymore. I do not recommend this game.

Uploaded new iOS & the game keeps crashing. Starting over every time at level 1.

Better get bugs fixed. Levels and points are lost every time you exit. People including me will stop playing. Used to be a fun game.

They can't seem to fix there connection to facebook since IOS update they told me it would be fixed quick. LOL. Maybe with next update

I hate that each time I go back into the game it starts me off with the wrong amount of money and at the wrong level. I update as a service rep explains and it goes to an amount and level that I was at 24 hrs ago instead of my new level and amount. The graphics for the other levels keep jamming my iPad and NEVER load. I would give this game a negative but that option is not available.
