I have a problem periodically when I spin and am awarded 5 or 10 scatter games. I sometimes get thru half or more of the spins and all of a sudden a red box pops up saying oops! reload. It doesn’t Reload. And I’m not able to stay on the site after that. This time it’s been 3 days and I still can’t reload. I have tried turning my phone off completely and that also does not work. My rating for your games keeps going down. I love the game when it work’s correctly but hate it when it keeps me out for several days
