Great and challenging game to complete

I enjoy the multiple mini games and bonuses. I wish you leveled up a bit quicker and I wish there was a function to chat and compete against other players and not just friends (I don't count "rock, paper, scissors" as a form of communication/competition with other players) otherwise I feel the game is great!
Worked great and then suddenly.....

out of nowhere I get "no network connection" (which is not the case as ALL of my other games work) and I'm "offline" and I can't get the game to reconnect so now I'm sure I have lost all of my progress. How the heck does this happen???? Plus you have no support that I can find anywhere. Even the link to your web site is a dead end. Shame on you. Happened again yesterday 8-30-16.... And I paid for extra bonus picks... C'mom....

In the beginning levels it is a lot of fun. Once you get higher up be prepared to spend money to advance. I played higher paying slot machines on a cruise ship. Very fun at first as I said but is designed to get you addicted so you spend money. A lot of money . . . So beware
