Great game and wonderful people

Every time Super Lucky updates this game, they screw it up. They have added games from their other apps (VIP, Fast & Furious, Slots Billionaire), now when I do my free spins, it varies each time what my VIP level is due to the fact that I was at different levels on the those other apps & I deleted those several weeks ago! There are too many games now and it is way too busy, I never get very many spins & the coin packages have always been too expensive & your tokens don’t last long. I play on an iPad as do many of my friends have, but we all agree that coins last longer on iPhone than iPad. Don’t waste your money. After I send this review, I am following my friends lead and I am hitting the delete button. What a waste.

If you buy the bonus respins, you will Not be able to keep your previous winnings unlike other games like Royal slots etc. Their argument is “you’re not happy with your current spin winnings that’s why you buy respin bonus option”. But be very careful because this will void your previous winning from your original bonus spins. When I found out, I stopped playing the game.

The new update is horrible. Slowed everything down, payouts are crappy, and now you literally have to spend money just to be able to compete in tournaments or win jackpots. Can't afford to keep that up ! The game was so much fun before the new update. Now I don't even want to open the app.

Played for a long time, unlike other sites I never won a jackpot and ALWAYS played the amount required. Now with the update, even after deleting and reinstalling the app the slots are slow and blurry and it will only load upside down on my iPad. Not worth the aggravation, no more extras from team play and I am a top VIP and the developers know what that means, I have paid a lot. Had 3 billion to play on and playing the new games it was gone in a snap. Plenty of good apps out there with great jackpots....why change something that works??

The accurate truth

I have tried to get playing time on these games but have finally given up! They give you seed coins but if you like to bet higher amounts of coins, they will NOT pay out and the cost of buying resins increase substantially. I initially bought response for one hour but when I tried to rebut, they jacked the price from 1.99 to 49.99 or frequently ,amounts in between! Although I have written them frequently, the response is that the 'program' is to blame for long losing streaks! They claim they cannot change the program or do anything about it....which is rubbish, . You will spend a lot of REAL money to keep playing and do not expect bonuses when playing higher amounts. I spent a lot ohm ones and am finally deleting this mess! The techs are unresponsive and nothing changes, Play if you like but you have. Been warned. I gave these idiots a chance to modify the program but nothing has changed It still sucksYou will be throwing your money away !

Since the update, the slots seem unstable as they spin, it is slow, the bonus wheel is obnoxious and slow, and my go-to game "Monuments" was removed. I won't be playing this much anymore. I'm sad they ruined it.
